Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Gi)

When it comes to a self defense, nothing has been proven to be more affective than Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Training in the Gi gives you the ability to use clothing to render attackers immobile or unconscious with extremely affective techniques.

Submisson Grappling (NoGi)

This style of grappling is almost identical to its more traditional form of Jiujitsu. Although without having the ability to grab clothing you must rely on using other means of control to render your attacker immobile or unconscious.

Wrestling

One of the oldest known competitive sports. Our style is taught to blend the effectiveness of taking down and pinning an opponent with the submission skills needed to end a confrontation when appropriate. Also, you will learn the necessary skills to prevent being taken down.

Kickboxing

Study the Art of Eight Limbs (AKA Muay Thai)!! Learn to use your hands, elbows, feet and knees as a complex set of weapons against your opponent. Not only is it an extremely affective martial art, but it is also an amazing way to get in shape and feeling great!

Women’s Only Training (Gi)

Learn the self-defense skills needed to protect yourself in the real world. The goal for this class is to develop techniques and confidence to work your way into our co-ed group classes where you will be challenged more and your skills will be continually honed for true effectiveness.

(Brazilian JiuJitsu Gi and Belt required)

Youth Martial Arts

In this program we will focus on self-defense techniques and the sport side of Jiu-jitsu and kickboxing. Not only will they learn ways to defend themselves physically using skills such as base, balance, coordination and body awareness; but also core life principles of respect, integrity, self-control, discipline and perseverance.

(Gi, NoGi and Kickboxing)

MMA

Use all the skills youve learned in our Bjj, kickboxing and wrestling classes and put it all together to make the most complete fighting system in the world.
